About Project
Organised by the Macau Government Tourism Office, Municipal Affairs Bureau and Cultural Affairs Bureau and support from key partners including Coca-Cola the Lusofonia Festival promotes arts and culture from Portuguese speaking countries.
• Engaged and coordinated over 200 artists, 10 overseas bands, local government and all technical solutions in a six-day festival across 2-3 music stages.
• Managed, forecasted and reported budgets of up to US $3 million.
• Worked with festival owners (Macau government) to establish best practices over an 11-year period.
• Managed 15 direct reports and approx. 30 indirect reports.
