About Project

Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) is a publicly listed company owning and operating casinos, hotels and resorts, and also manufactures, sells and distributes construction materials. The company has a US $6 billion turnover.
• Responsible for overseeing all scheduled work for the internal ad agency, from briefing to delivery, and managing all department crew in a very fast-paced and often changing work environment. Primarily planning and resource-based, including the close management of crew and oversight on all department deliverables.
• Managed seven direct reports across three teams: photography, videography and motion graphics.
• In-house production manager role producing over 50 videos, 120 motion graphics and 180+ photoshoots.
• Sourced and managed vendor relationships with production houses, advertising agencies and photographers for outsourced work.
• Internal ad agency work – also handled traffic, comms, and coordinated local and international marketing initiatives, client presentations and briefs, digital asset management, SharePoint.
